Custom apparel is fueled by the imagination of the customers, their preferences and taste. Many women have a concept of their perfect garment, but lack the ability to bring that garment to life.

Step One: During the initial design consultation, clients will meet with the designer to understand their preferences and needs. Quotes will be provided based on initial design concepts. A 65% deposit is required to initiate the design process, a progress payment is due after the final muslin fitting, and the balance due upon completion.

Step Two: After the client's measurements are taken, the first pattern is drafted. A muslin (plain weave cotton cloth) mock-up of the design is constructed in order to perfect fit and design lines. Once the pattern is finalized and fabric is ordered, construction of the final garment begins. Fittings will be scheduled throughout the construction process so that changes or alterations can be made as the garments take shape.

Step Three: Final fitting and alterations are made for customer completed garment. A custom design requires a minimum six weeks to complete, so please arrange your initial consultation well in advance of your event. Rush orders will be considered with an additional 20% charge.

Pricing for custom designs depends on the complexity of the design and the materials chosen. Most custom designs range from $200 - $2,000.
